Tina Sherman Nu-de Photos
Tina Sherman had sent some nu-de pictures to her husband’s (Phillip Sherman) cell phone. Phillip Sherman had accidentally left his cell phone in McDonald’s in Fayettville Arkansas on July 5, 2008. The McDonald staff promises Mr. Sherman that they will secure the phone until he gets it back.
Later on, Tina Sherman began receiving text messages, phones calls about her nu-de photos. She found out that her private photos were already on the internet along with her name, and contact details. The site posting the private pictures described how the McDonald employee get the photos from his husband’s cell phone.
With this, Shermans are suing McDonald Corporation for a minimum of $3 million for the damages that have been done.
